Monoclonal gammopathy of renal significance is a clonal B-cell or plasma cell lymphoproliferative disorder characterized by the following two criteria: Renal lesions identified by biopsy that are attributable to the produced nephrotoxic monoclonal immunoglobulin (MIg); The underlying hematological condition does not result in tumor-related complications nor meet existing hematological criteria for specific therapeutic intervention.
