	Draaiing van een zaadbal om de zaadstreng, waardoor de bloedtoevoer naar de zaadbal wordt afgeknepen en hevige pijn ontstaat.
	Dit betekent dat een van je zaadballen is gedraaid, of dat ze allebei zijn gedraaid. Daardoor worden de bloedvaten naar je zaadbal afgeklemd en krijgt je zaadbal niet genoeg bloed.
