Malignant germ cell tumor of corpus uteri
An extremely rare uterine neoplasm with characteristics of a typically polypoid mass deriving from primordial germ cells in the endometrium. Presentation is non-specific and often includes abnormal vaginal bleeding and/or discharge, a mass protruding from the vagina, abdominal and/or pelvic pain or, less commonly, difficulty passing stool and perianal pain. The malignant teratoma and yolk sac histological subtypes are the most common.
