Someone who has been determined to be at low risk for developing EVD. This may include criteria such as CDC: 1) Having been in a country with widespread Ebola virus transmission within the past 21 days and having had no known exposures; 2) Direct contact while using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) with a person with Ebola while the person was symptomatic; 3) Brief proximity with a person with Ebola while the person was symptomatic; 4) Traveled on an aircraft with a person with Ebola while the person was symptomatic.
