Nottingham nuclear pleomorphism score of primary malignant neoplasm of breast
A ranked assessment on a scale of 1 to 3 of the pleomorphism in the region of malignant breast tissue. Three represents the highest level of pleomorphism. Used in conjunction with similar scoring of mitotic rate and glandular differentiation as the basis of rendering a histologic grade of the ductal carcinoma.
