Posterior innominate rotation
A somatic dysfunction in which the innominate bone is rotated posteriorly around a transverse axis relative to the sacrum. The innominate moves more freely in posterior rotation and is restricted in anterior rotation. The anterior superior iliac spine (ASIS) is positioned superiorly and the posterior superior iliac spine (PSIS) is positioned inferiorly when compared to the contralateral landmarks.
