Nottingham glandular differentiation score of primary malignant neoplasm of breast
A ranked assessment on a scale of 1 to 3 of the glandular/tubular differentiation in the region of malignant breast tissue. Three represents the highest level of differentiation. Used in conjunction with similar scoring of mitotic rate and nuclear pleomorphism as the basis of rendering a histologic grade of the ductal carcinoma.
