	Hierbij is sprake van klachten als spierzwakte, moeheid of chronische pijn, die op latere leeftijd ontstaan bij mensen die besmet zijn geweest met het poliovirus en daarvan niet helemaal zijn hersteld.
	Dit betekent dat je spieren zwak zijn en dat je je moe voelt. Dit gebeurt lange tijd nadat je polio hebt gehad.
